Rather than ordering an over-priced, processed pizza, why not bake your own incredibly easy alternative?

Slice an onion and a potato (both very thinly), place on a piece of foil on a baking tray with olive oil, salt, pepper, cover with tomatoes (tinned, sauce, ragu, dolmio, whatever) and bake for 30 mins.

Take a look in the fridge, add any optional extras like olives, capers, peppers and don’t forget some cheese 10 minutes before the end.
